Tory Norris, Impact and Evaluation Coordinator

Tory Norris joined the Federation in February 2018 as our Impact and Evaluation Coordinator. She has an extensive background in monitoring and impact evaluation, having worked with Oxfam, Australian Volunteers International and the Oaktree Foundation, working in programs across Australia, Asia and the Pacific. This has ranged from work supporting monitoring and evaluation in grassroots women’s organisations in Indonesia and the Philippines, as well as managing multi-million institutional grants funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs And Trade for Oxfam Australia.

Tory has led a range of evaluations involving complex stakeholder management, designed and facilitated monitoring and evaluation consultations in a wide range of cross-cultural and international environments. In addition, she managed recruitment and training programs for staff, volunteers and students.
