Outcomes Measurement Framework

false

The Victorian Community Legal Sector Outcomes Measurement Framework is a tool which assists community legal centres to measure the outcomes of their work:

  • To better demonstrate individual and collective impact
  • To improve outcomes for clients
  • To build evidence to further advocate to funders

The Framework is a sector-driven tool for learning, support and advocacy which we encourage community legal centres to use as a guide to measuring outcomes and overall impact. It provides an entry-point from which CLCs can begin to measure their services or build on existing practices in a way that suits your context and capacity.

The Framework is the result of 18 months work between 35 community legal centres, the Federation and Lirata Consulting.

For more information or for support in applying in the Outcomes Measurement Framework to your work please get in touch.
