Are you a new lawyer in the CLC sector? Come join the Neophytes Network!
The Neophytes Network is an informal collection of new and young lawyers in the sector, set up to support each other and discuss concerns for new lawyers in the sector. We meet once every two months to share with each other in an informal and confidential setting.
At these meetings, we also learn from guest speakers on diverse topics relating to our work, such as:
- using media to amplify the voices of our clients
- the use of tech to address legal need
- advocacy skills in court
- effective management of volunteers
- and much more!
Our next meeting is coming up in June, and will be hosted at the Neighbourhood Justice Centre in Collingwood.
