Phase Three: Evaluation and reporting
(July 2018 – August 2018)
In Phase Three (in mid-2018), there will be an evaluation of the success of the pilot models individually and of the Project as a whole, which will be disseminated by means of a final report.
The evaluation will be conducted by external consultants – The Incus Group – whom we have engaged since Phase One to assist with the Project and Pilot theories of change, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Their continued assistance will ensure we have a complete, objective understanding of the Project’s impact.
The final report will highlight the outcomes of each of the pilots, and make recommendations to the CLC sector and funders for continued strengthening of the interplay between Generalist and Specialist CLCs.
The Project will come to a close in August 2018.
